The tutor will start the session by reading the fun facts on page 26. Then, they can show the student the glossary and explain how it might be helpful. After reading, the student can make their own name cartouche using the “Ancient Cartouche Chart.” The student can also make a cartouche for five words written on index cards (Egypt, mummy, Nile, pharaoh and pyramid). Then, the tutor will encourage the student to write one sentence in their journal for each of those words.
