Details
Ask the student if they have had or want a pet. During the picture walk of the book ask the student to make predictions about the story. Introduce the word “dialogue” using the What Did You Say? sheet. Use the Letter Cards to make new words. Write sentences with the new words. Review the story for comprehension.
