Details

After reading the book together, talk about (or demonstrate) the breathing exercises. Discuss all the emotions illustrated in the book, and write about them in the student’s journal. Use index cards to write and discuss synonyms for the word ‘happy.’ The student can then journal about things/places that make them happy.
