Introduce the main character, Jackie Robinson, and what he accomplished. Explain that this is a biography. Pause frequently, every couple of pages or where appropriate, to discuss the events and predict what will come next. After reading and discussing the book, use the idiom templates to engage a discussion of idioms and their meanings.
